What documents do I need to rent a motorhome?
You will need your ID card or passport, a valid driving licence type B, driver’s age 26 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience, and a credit or debit card for the deposit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (June to September), as availability is limited.
How many people can travel in a motorhome?
The capacity depends on the model. We have motorhomes for 2, 4 and up to 6 persons, all equipped with safety belts and enough beds for each occupant.
What type of insurance is included and what does it cover?
The rental price includes a basic insurance with an excess of 700€ covering third party damages and some specific incidents.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! Pets are welcome (only dogs up to 15 kg). We just ask you to let us know at the time of booking. An additional charge of 80€ will be applied for deep cleaning after the rental.
Is it difficult to drive a motorhome?
No, all our motorhomes can be driven with a type B licence (standard cars). Before leaving, we will give you a brief explanation and advice on how to drive them safely.
Is it possible to leave the car in your facilities while I rent the motorhome?
Yes, we offer free parking spaces on our premises during the rental period, subject to availability.
What should I do if I have an accident or breakdown while travelling?
In the event of an accident or breakdown, please contact our 24/7 assistance service and follow the instructions in the contract.
Is the motorhome delivered clean and how do I return it?
Yes, we deliver the motorhomes clean, with a full fresh water tank and completely filled fuel and AdBlue tanks. They must be returned in the same condition, with the grey water tank and toilet empty and the fuel and AdBlue tanks full. If you are unable to clean it, we offer a cleaning service for an additional charge of 80€.
Are there restrictions on where I can travel?
You can travel within Spain and to most European countries (as long as they are not in war or dangerous conflicts). If you plan to cross borders, please let us know to verify insurance coverage and other conditions.
